– Check in is after 3:00pm
– Check out is at or before 11:00am.
– If you check out after 11:00am without prior authorization there will be a late check out fee of half of a night.
-No parties. Quiet time begins at 10pm.
– Please wash dirty dishes.
– We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
– We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind.
– We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
– Max number of people in the unit should be as stated upon booking.
– There will be a $50 fee for neglecting to return the parking garage pass.
– Do not allow more guests than stated in your reservation. There will be a fee of $50 per guest per day for each undisclosed guest.
– There will be a fee for lost key fobs of $10.
– Damaged or missing property will result in a fine equal to the value of said property
– No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the balcony. Smoking anywhere in the unit or on the balcony will result in a fine. There will also be a fine if there is any evidence of illicit drugs within the unit including but not limited to smells, residue, etc.
– There will be a fine for tampering with the smoke detector.
